Joel Starks, partner and head of business development at Sharper Management, has joined the Board of Directors for Community Associations Institute’s Minnesota chapter (CAI-MN). The 2013-2014 Board of Directors were seated at the association’s annual meeting held at International Market Square on May 9, 2013. More than 175 industry professionals were present at the announcement. “I am excited for the opportunity to contribute to CAI-MN’s Board of Directors,” said Starks. “Having served as a member of the communications committee over the past three years – two as chair – I’ve witnessed firsthand how CAI provides the knowledge, education, networking and legislative leadership needed to run competent and prosperous community associations. I’m thrilled to continue to promote this leadership both with CAI-MN and at Sharper Management.”
