Chris Gosse Honored by CAI-MN at 2016 Vision Awards

MINNEAPOLIS — Members of the Minnesota chapter of the Community Associations Institute recent honored Chris Gosse for his work in the field of community management. Gosse was given the Rookie of the Year Award at CAI-MN’s annual Vision Awards ceremony, held Thursday, September 22 at International Market Square in Minneapolis.

The Rookie of the Year Award is given to a manager with fewer than two years’ experience in the management industry who has displayed exceptional abilities either generally or on a specific project.

“This recognition is an incredible honor not only for me, but for all of us at Sharper Management,” said Gosse. “We always strive to do the best for our residents and our community, to provide a place where people take pride in calling it their home. To be recognized for that work with the Rookie of the Year Award means a great deal. Many thanks to all the people who make up CAI-MN for the kind words.”
