With a 15-year background in property management, Ms. Wilkes specializes in new construction and renovation projects and is well-versed in working directly with developers, builders, and investors. “Beginning development, new building or renovations, and ownership transitions can be overwhelming and complicated for an association. We’re thrilled to have another talented staff member on board who’s experienced in these areas and can step right in to help our clients,” says Matt Froehlich, Owner and Head of Operations. “Not only will Nicole be a great asset to our Homeowners’ Associations but she’s going to be a valuable resource to our rapidly growing staff.”
