Mr. Bruce takes the position of Community Manager and will coordinate efforts across departments to assist Homeowner’s Associations in various areas of property management. “I love working in the property management industry and my goal is to help Board members and homeowners in every way possible,” says Brian Bruce. “Over the years I’ve found that the little things really matter as they often become the foundation for larger issues. He brings to Sharper a broad range of experience in the construction industry, in retail management, and most recently as a property manager for a 20-building, 423-unit rental community. In his career, he’s done everything from commercial construction site superintendent to completing retail start-up ventures. This unique blend of skills provides clients expert assistance in successfully managing their properties – from day-to-day operations to larger, long-term planning.
