Sharper Management is excited to announce that we have been selected to partner with Windwood Condominium Association in Edina, Minnesota. Management officially began on July 1, 2025.

Windwood is a well-established condominium community made up of 206 units across multiple buildings. The community features a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, giving residents a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home. With an active board and several committees—including a dedicated Buildings & Grounds Committee—Windwood reflects the kind of engaged community that makes our work at Sharper both meaningful and rewarding.

As a fully developed association, Windwood joins our growing portfolio of communities throughout the Twin Cities. We look forward to bringing our proven expertise in financial management, maintenance coordination, and community support to help this large and dynamic association continue to thrive.
