Kevin Steiner

Vice President of Developer Services

Kevin Steiner brings over 10 years of experience in commercial and retail development, coupled with 10 years of expertise in homeowner association development and planning including having his CMCA and AMS designations from Community Associations Institute.  His background also includes more than 20 years in customer service within the hospitality industry, providing him with exceptional communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. His deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends allows him to effectively bridge the gap between developers, builders and homeowners.

In his role, Kevin serves as a critical liaison between developers, sales agents, and mortgage companies, ensuring that every stage of the development process aligns seamlessly with the developer’s vision, goals, and timeline. His ability to proactively identify potential obstacles, streamline processes, and foster strong professional relationships ensures smooth project execution from inception to completion. Whether managing a small residential neighborhood, an upscale condominium complex, or a large-scale master-planned community with extensive amenities, Kevin’s professionalism, strategic insight, and comprehensive industry knowledge make him an asset in successfully meeting all development and community needs.

Kimberly DuPont

Director of Developing Communities

Kimberly DuPont is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in account management, sales, vendor relations, and team leadership. With a 25-year background in property management, Kimberly has also successfully overseen large residential and small commercial portfolios, including homeowners’ associations, new construction, and mixed-use properties.

Currently serving as Director of Developing Communities at Sharper Management, Kimberly is responsible for vendor procurement, staff oversight, financial planning, and execution of yearly expense planning and long-term capital projects. With extensive experience in program development and national account management, Kimberly has also collaborated with major brands such as Pepsi Cola, Coca-Cola, Hewlett-Packard, and Best Buy.

Holding AMS and CMCA designations from the Community Associations Institute, Kimberly remains committed to industry best practices and ongoing professional growth.

Raya Kurtz

Community Manager of Developing Communities

Raya currently thrives as the New Construction/Development Community Manager at Sharper Management, where her six years of dedicated management experience consistently drives her pursuit of excellence and exceptional results. In this role, she serves as a vital liaison between property owners and the management company, providing comprehensive support and addressing a wide spectrum of inquiries, from billing and insurance matters to coordinating maintenance and ensuring seamless resident experiences.

Raya’s expertise extends beyond resident relations. She fosters strong collaborative relationships with vendors, ensuring all aspects of community management are executed with precision and professionalism. This collaborative approach guarantees that the community thrives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Through her proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional results, Raya has consistently demonstrated her ability to effectively manage and enhance the value of the communities she oversees. Her dedication to providing outstanding service to both residents and property owners has made her an invaluable asset to Sharper Management.

Sarah Redetzke

Senior Specialist of Developing Communities


Sarah is a New Construction/Development Senior Specialist at Sharper Management, where she consistently strives to exceed expectations and make a positive impact. With over two and a half years of experience in the HOA industry, she has developed strong problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing and resolving challenging situations. Sarah began her career in Client Care, handling association calls and emails, and then expanded her expertise by joining the New Construction/Development team. Her dedication to providing exceptional service drives her to continually excel in her role, ensuring the best outcomes for both the company and its clients.
In her current role, Sarah is responsible for assisting owners with various inquiries, including billing, dues current letters, insurance, and more. Her compassion and understanding shine through when working with owners, as she recognizes the excitement and significance of moving into a new home. Sarah approaches each situation with a warm and empathetic mindset, ensuring that no problem is too big for the New Construction/Development team to handle. Her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of homeowners is evident in everything she does.
