2025 has been great year for Sharper Management! It was another year of controlled, strategic growth. We welcomed a number of new HOAs. Large and small. All four corners of the metro. Our new Developing Communities division also had a wonderful year, securing new developments in all stages of construction.

To accommodate growth, we were fortunate to hire a group of industry-experienced managers. There is no greater compliment than to have seasoned managers choose to apply their talents and share their expertise with our team and organization.

We also continue our efforts to stay best-in-the-industry with our technology offering. We rolled out a number of new web portal features. On the backend, we implemented a few technology features that you might not see, but are making us more efficient in service to you. Software integration platforms and data gathering tools.

What started a few years ago, after thoroughly vetting and positioning, we established a new banking partnership with First Resource Bank. Better products and offerings, a focus on strong cyber security, and seamless integration with our software, this new relationship offers amazing benefits to you as a client – and it helps us maintain a core value in keeping things local.

Our dedication to training remains strong, offering half a dozen training sessions attended by nearly 250 Board members, representing over 80 different associations. Always a hit, we had another grand slam Sharper Scramble Golf Tournament, raising $10,000 for the U of M Raptor Center.

Finally, Sharper was honored to be recognized with a number of awards. Twelve nominations and a few winners at the CAI’s (Community Association Institute) annual Gala & Vision Awards. In May we took home Association Management Company of the Year, and our own Nikki Youngquist was named Manager of the Year, from the Minnesota Real Estate Journal. In December were named Trade Partner of the Year at home builder, Lennar’s, annual gathering. And perhaps most important to us, a recognition of our company culture by being named a Star Tribune Top Workplaces. Our award shelf and hearts are full from the honors and accolades!
