Josh is an industry veteran with 15-years of experience in association management. He’s served various roles at Sharper since 2013, wearing many hats and working in various functions like marketing, new business development, maintenance coordination, and Associate Director of Community Management, In his current role he gets to pursue his interests in managing HOAs by keeping a small portfolio, applying his skills in writing, marketing and sales, and sharing his passion for education through Board and Manager training opportunities. Josh holds industry designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Assiciation Management Specialist (AMS), and the highest designation in our field, the Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM).
