Sharper Management is excited to launch a key proactive initiative: the Health and Wellness Inspection Program. This program is designed to provide complimentary inspections for every property we manage—including new communities—to help Boards identify maintenance needs, improve budgeting, and support long-term sustainability.

This is a unified Sharper effort, supported collaboratively by industry experts. We are currently in process of scheduling technicians to complete inspections, which will provide a detailed and comprehensive report.
