Sharper Management is honored to take home two trophies from the prestigious Real Estate Journal Award ceremony held on Thursday, May 1st, 2025. In an overflowing room at the DoubleTree in Bloomington, 1,000 professional leaders from residential real estate agents, to home builders, to community developers, to commercial real estate managers, to HOA professionals – Sharper Management was honored to receive the Association Management Company of the Year award. Additionally, in a crowded field of illustrious nominees, our director of community management, Nikki Youngquist, took home the award for Association Manager of the Year. “It was a beautiful night for the HOA industry and all of the various stakeholders of residential and commercial real estate,” said CEO and managing broker Dan Cunningham. “And what an honor for our organization to be recognized with these awards. I could not be more proud of our team!”
Finalists also included Tracy Shaver for Association Manager of the Year, Dave Garten for Project Manager of the Year, Josh Reams for Executive of the Year and Natalie Martynow for Woman of the Year.
